The main feeding system is a complete automatic feeding solution including material conveying pipe, silo, auger, drive motor and feed level sensor. This system delivers feed from the silo to hoppers within the poultry house. A feed sensor at the end controls the drive motor to enable automatic feeding operations.

Different specifications of silos are available according to daily consumption. Silo materials include galvanized sheet and glass fiber reinforced plastic. For one or two chicken houses, we recommend using hoppers instead of silos.

Each feeding line includes a sensor that controls the motor to achieve automatic feed delivery. The motor activates when feed pans with sensors indicate low feed levels and stops when pans are full.

This system provides fresh, clean water crucial for poultry growth. The drinkers feature 360-degree triggering capability, helping young birds start well and making drinking easier.

This system controls climate conditions, providing fresh air, proper humidity and temperature for birds to ensure maximum production. Includes ventilation fans (box fan or butterfly cone fan) and air inlets.

For open chicken farms, 36" fans and air inlets may not be necessary, though curtain systems might be required.

As air passes through the pads, heat is removed through water evaporation, cooling the air before it enters the chicken farm.
